Hey!
I’m Carolina, a Yin Yoga, Kundalini & Meditation Guide, and Ayurveda Wellness Coach.
My yoga journey began nearly 20 years ago while writing my PhD thesis, when yoga became my space to breathe and be present. Over the years, my practice evolved from Hatha and Vinyasa to discovering the deep stillness of Yin Yoga—a meditation in shape.
Now, as I complete my studies in Kundalini Yoga, I integrate Kundalini and Yin with Ayurveda, weaving breath, movement, and seasonal awareness into my classes. I also love using oracle cards to set intentions, guiding you into a practice that nourishes body, mind, and soul.

Join me on the mat for a journey of presence, breath, and transformation.
Her Story
My journey with yoga began nearly 20 years ago while I was writing my PhD thesis. Long hours of mental work left me searching for a way to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Yoga became that space—a moment of presence amidst the demands of research and writing.
I started with Hatha and Vinyasa, enjoying the movement and flow, but it was Yin Yoga that truly transformed my practice. One of my teachers described Yin as meditation in shape, and that’s exactly how it felt—finding stillness, allowing the body to release, and clearing the mind. After every class, I felt more present, more certain. Inspired by this, I deepened my studies with Yin Yoga teacher training.

My journey didn’t stop there. As I complete my studies in Kundalini Yoga, I have already begun integrating Kundalini and Yin into my teachings. The combination of breathwork, meditation, and subtle movement allows for a practice that deeply connects body and energy. As an Ayurveda Wellness Coach, I also infuse my classes with Ayurvedic wisdom, aligning themes and sequences with the rhythms of nature.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the present moment. Oracle cards help set the tone, offering affirmations to carry beyond the mat, and opening and closing rituals create a grounded and intentional space. My intention is to guide you into a practice that nourishes body, mind, and soul.

I’d love to share this journey with you. See you in class!
