My classes are a blend of gentle movement and mindfulness, all designed to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind. I believe in letting go of the "shoulds" and expectations society places on us, and instead focusing on what feels good for you in the moment. Every class is an opportunity to explore, relax, and grow—together. Let’s dive into this journey of finding peace and balance, one breath at a time!

Her Story

Yanna aims to empower others in freeing their minds and bringing compassion into their daily lives through deep relaxation. Her empathic intuition guides her in teaching classes that are accessible to everyone and every body. Her laidback teaching style is dedicated to sharing how to take what you need and leave what you don't to best support your unique needs. She specializes in guided meditations and gentle movement styles using a variation of techniques taken from her diverse trainings that she's adapted into her personal practices. Her classes are inspired in the now as she works with the present energies of the cosmos and her students. Her hope is that you find the peace, clarity, & joy that is cultivated through the dedication of shifting your perception away from society's embedded bias's and towards empathic communion.
